Let’s brew precious versatility with a green tea that is crowned with a legacy of over 1000 years. Cultivated in the Maoshan region, in the company of a plush bamboo forest and a Taoist temple, Que She is aptly named after its unique shape resembling a ‘Sparrow’s Tongue’.
What makes it great
A slow-grow tea, Que She produces smaller leaves of finer quality and showcases a rich and unusual floral aroma. Made with a complex process; following the first roast for flavours to stabilize, the tea rested for 20-30 days before the second roast where ashes are packed over hot charcoal to infuse the tea with a smokeless heat, allowing you to relish the delicate and pure flavours that it has to offer.
Taste and Aroma notes
The spicy notes, with a translucent deep body and refreshing fragrances waft slowly towards rewarding sweetness, while subtle smokiness lingers away from the bright jade green tea-liquid.
Multiple Infusions
Don't throw away your tea after steeping it! One of the greatest advantage of drinking whole leaf tea is that each serving of leaves can be re-steeped many times.
This tea can be re-steeped 4 times. We recommend using 3 grams of this whole leaf tea for 150ml of water
50 gms= 66 cups of tea.
We recommend returning to any used tea leaves within the day.
